Our expert coach joining us in this workshop: Kerry-Ann Edge
Hi, I’m Kerry-Ann — a licensed and certified PISTA coach. My training took five years to complete, and my background combines neuroscience-based coaching, sound and vibration therapy, and practical mindfulness — approaches that help us understand how the mind and body influence each other. I have an interest in how our thoughts, emotions, and perceptions shape the way we live and feel each day.
In today’s workshop, we’ll explore three ideas inspired by the work of psychologist Ellen Langer — mindfulness as active noticing, the power of mindset on the body, and embracing possibility over prediction. Each theme offers a shift in how we relate to our experiences, and together they form a pathway to more awareness, flexibility, and calm in daily life.
We’ll approach each topic through a short discussion, a practical exercise, and a breakout activity that lets you experience the concept directly — not just think about it. My aim isn’t to fill you with information, but to help you notice how these ideas play out in real time, in your own mind and body.
By the end of our session, you’ll walk away with some useful insights — and perhaps a different way of seeing yourself, your challenges, and what’s possible for you.

Hi, I’m Aurelia, a student and committed PISTA practitioner. I’ve used the method for almost two years: about 18 months to build discipline and carry the mental load of studying through my exams, and the last six months to steady somatic anxiety. PISTA has helped me stay focused when my brain is noisy and my body is on edge. As a facilitator, I’ll share the tools I wish I’d known sooner, simple practices you can actually use in real life, so you leave feeling clear, supported, and confident.

Hey, I’m Amadeus, a student and dedicated PISTA practitioner who has been using the method for over a year. Equipment:
No special equipment is required. We guide everything live using everyday items, and we provide a specially designed sound file for calm, at-home resets.
Time Commitment:
Each exercise will take around 5 minutes. We design them to fit real life—use them while the kettle boils, in the shower, between messages, or on a short walk so it doesn’t add extra time to your day.
What We’ll Do:
We teach simple techniques which we will practice together so everyone leaves with clear, ready-to-use tools.
